TJ oversees the day-to-day field operations at T&E Paving & Sealcoating, ensuring every project is completed with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. From meeting with customers and measuring projects to overseeing job sites, he is committed to delivering results that exceed expectations.
With a strong work ethic and a hands-on approach, TJ takes pride in building lasting relationships with customers and treating every project as if it were his own. His focus on professionalism, reliability, and quality workmanship helps ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard.
When he's not working, TJ enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time outdoors with his dogs.
Elizabeth - Co-Owner & Customer Relations
Elizabeth oversees the administrative side of T&E Paving & Sealcoating, managing customer communication, scheduling, invoicing, marketing, and day-to-day office operations. She is dedicated to providing a positive customer experience and helping ensure every project runs smoothly from the initial inquiry through completion. With a strong attention to detail and a passion for building relationships, Elizabeth takes pride in supporting customers and contributing to the continued growth of the company.
When she's not working, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through fitness, horseback riding, boating, relaxing by the pool, and making the most of time spent outdoors.
